This is a great property. Beautiful view, on the beach, close to nice restaurants. What makes it special is the hospitality by Tharindu and Chathuranga. They really made us feel special when we checked in. The arrangement in the room was made with a lot of attention to detail. Tharindu made us a great breakfast. His wood apple smoothie was very tasty. We would highly recommend this place for stay. Thanks for good times.

Nice place near a beautiful beach. Right next door nice restaurant, very convinient. Chatu made our stay even better-very helpfull, providing great service, always ready to help. Other guys in the facility also great, just the best to say for them. Juices in the morning are the best ever❤️ and the sunset from the terrace to fall in love with. Looking forward staying here again when we come back.

Svava’s place was clean, stylish and in a great location, being right on the beach and water. Located on the eastern end of Unawatuna, it was much more peaceful, with an easy walk into the louder part of town. Also it is a lot bigger than it appears in the pictures, being quite spacious. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, spoke well and made our stay really wonderful. Breakfasts were amazing too! We will be back to stay there for sure. We highly recommend!
